A high-intensity workout that strengthens the whole body, especially shoulders and arms. Our pole fitness classes are divided into different levels
-beginner level 1
-easy/medium level 2
-intermediate level 3 
-intermediate/hard level 4

If you never trained pole fitness before or you just came from an intro class then you start from level 1.

We recommend that you go level 1 for at least 2-3 months to ensure that you build the strength and learn the fundamentals and correct form, which is necessary to be able to handle more difficult tricks in the higher levels.
