Pole dance Conditioning

In this 45 minute session, you will strength train both on and off the pole, which is guaranteed to build the strength and flexibility required for you to reach new heights in your pole dancing journey. Not only that! By gradually strengthening muscles and joints, you also minimize the risk of injury and at the same time optimize your physical ability. Strength training is the key to unlocking your full potential as a pole dancer. Vary your training and maximize results. We will mostly work with functional training and will use the bar as our primary training tool. Sometimes we use resistance bands and yoga blocks.
