Pole dance combines acrobatics, gymnastics & dance and has its roots in India and China.

Its popularity today owes much to the inclusive and supportive community that welcomes everyone, regardless of gender, age or background. This community encourages personal development, strength, flexibility and confidence. We have pole fitness classes tailored for beginners, intermediate and difficult.


Exotic pole is a dance class where you learn choreography in high-heeled pleaser shoes and with a sensual style. Each participant gets their own bar for the best possible training.



You are welcome to participate in the 30 minute intro to pole classes as much as you like.
