Welcome to the exciting world of Classical Pilates, a unique blend of science and art that aims to align body and mind for optimal health and fitness. Introduced by Joseph Hubertus Pilates in his ground-breaking book "Back to life through control," this full-body form of exercise has stood the test of time for over half a century and continues to inspire. The foundation of Pilates is 6 principles: stability, control, concentration, smooth movements, breathing and precision. These principles make Pilates a full-body workout that everyone can benefit from. Pilates is great for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level and can improve your performance in other sports such as pole dancing as well as in everyday activities. Feel free to bring your own mat, otherwise there is one to borrow on site!


Mat Intro is a beginner class designed for people who are new to Pilates or who want a basic understanding of the principles and techniques.

These classes are a little slower in pace to give participants time to properly understand and absorb the information.


The Ideal class is intended for those who have a little more experience with Pilates food and feel comfortable with the basic exercises.

The focus here is more on refining the technique, increasing strength and endurance through more advanced exercises.
